Albert has previously played in the Faroe Islands as well as continental Europe.
He has also had two spells at Ware. The first spell at Ware saw him sign from Broxbourne Borough and he went on to complete 52 appearances (four as a substitute) and score 14 goals. One of those was in Albert’s first game when he came on as a substitute in a league cup game at Cheshunt on 14th January 2014 and scored the goal in the 1-1 draw (Ware won the penalty shoot out 9-8).
Albert had previously played in the Spanish third division for CD Comarca De Nijar after leaving his native Holland where he’d turned out for FC Zeeburgia before moving on to KSV Roseleare of Belgium.
He left Ware to play for Tvøroyrar Bóltfelag in the Faroes league and later moved on to Klaksvíkar Ítróttarfelag. He then played in Belgium with Mandel United before re-signing for Ware in July 2018.
