The club is delighted to confirm that collections will be taking place around the ground on Saturday for two brilliant charities.
Prostate Cancer UK’s aim is to stop prostate cancer from killing men. It invests millions in research and also provides support for those suffering from the illness. The charity, which the club has supported for several years, have also partnered with Non-League Day, meaning that money will be raised for this important cause at games up and down the country this coming Saturday.
The second charity that we will be holding collections for is YouthTalk, a local service that provides support and counselling for young people who live, work or attend school/college in the District of St Albans. YouthTalk is reliant on donations, and plays an important part in the lives of many young people across the District.
We hope that you’ll join us in supporting the work of both charities on Saturday, and donations of any size are welcome.
Kick-off at Clarence Park is 3pm.
