Ian Allinson issues rallying call

Ahead of tomorrow’s crucial final day meeting with Torquay United at Clarence Park, Ian Allinson has called upon Saints supporters to turn out in force.

The City boss explained

Saturday’s game will be on of the most important we’ve had during the three years that I’ve been here. The supporters have been absolutely outstanding again this year and we need them there on Saturday. They’ve got behind the players, the club and me and I think they see that the players are putting the effort in.

Before adding

We’ve seen previously that on the day the people of St Albans will turn out and support us so I would ask all the supporters of the club to come to Clarence Park and get behind the players. It could be the difference between us getting into the play-offs or not.

With five sides still involved in the race for a play-off place a dramatic final day is in store and we need your support! Let’s pack the Park and get behind the Saints!

Kick-off is 3pm.
