City’s run of away trips continues with the journey to Evesham United to take on Gloucester City this coming Saturday.
The Saints go into the game on the back of two defeats on the bounce and will be hoping that the trip to Worcestershire can prove to be as fruitful as our last game against the Tigers at the Jubilee Stadium, when Sam Merson grabbed a ten minute hat-trick in a 4-1 win.
Gloucester City also go into this game in poor form having lost their last six league games, including a 4-3 reverse on home soil against Woking on Wednesday evening.
The Tiger’s poor run of form has left Chris Todd’s side eleven points behind the Saints in nineteenth position, three points above the relegation places and looking for their first league win since September.
In terms of squad news for the Saints going into Saturday’s clash Zane Banton continues to be unavailable while Khale Da Costa is a doubt having had to pull out of Tuesday night’s trip to Torquay due to personal reasons. However, top scorer Ralston Gabriel could be in-line to make his first start in several weeks following his return from an injury.
